These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ISPNet, operated by Tiidon Innovations Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using ISPNet, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

ISPNet provides a suite of free, browser-based network diagnostic tools including internet speed testing, ping, traceroute, DNS lookup, IP geolocation, port checking, Whois lookup, and IP subnet calculation. These tools are provided for legitimate diagnostic, educational, and informational purposes.

The service is provided free of charge. No registration is required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

You may use ISPNet for lawful purposes only. Acceptable uses include:

• Testing your own internet connection speed and quality
• Diagnosing network connectivity issues on networks you own or administer
• Performing DNS, Whois and routing lookups for informational purposes
• Learning about networking concepts using our tools as reference
• Using our IP calculator for legitimate network planning

You must not use ISPNet to:

• Perform unauthorised security scanning, port scanning or probing of systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Attempt to overload, disrupt or attack our servers or any third-party systems through our tools
• Use our tools to facilitate illegal activity of any kind
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from our service using automated means without prior written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate our service without permission
• Use automated bots to make excessive or abusive requests to our servers
• Misrepresent the results of our tools or use them to deceive others
• Use our platform to collect or process personal data about others without their consent

ISPNet provides real-time diagnostic measurements. However, all results are estimates and approximations subject to the following limitations:

• Speed test results reflect throughput between your device and our server at the moment of testing, not the maximum speed your ISP package is capable of delivering
• Latency and routing measurements reflect network conditions at the time of the test and may vary significantly between tests
• IP geolocation data is approximate and sourced from third-party databases. City-level accuracy is not guaranteed
• DNS results reflect what our server's resolver returns at the moment of the query and may differ from other resolvers
• Port status results may be affected by firewalls, rate limiting and network filtering that do not represent the true state of a port

Results should not be used as the sole basis for contractual disputes with internet service providers, legal proceedings, or critical infrastructure decisions without independent verification.

All content, design, code, branding and functionality of ISPNet is the intellectual property of Tiidon Innovations Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on our platform, tools, or design without explicit written permission.

You may link to ISPNet freely. You may share screenshots of results for informational purposes. You may not frame our site within another website without permission.

ISPNet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
• Results will be accurate, complete or reliable for any particular purpose
• Any errors or defects in the service will be corrected

You use ISPNet entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiidon Innovations Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ISPNet, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of ISPNet shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the service, which in the case of a free service is zero.

ISPNet may reference or link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those services. Links do not constitute endorsement.

Our tools interact with third-party servers (WHOIS registries, DNS servers, ip-api.com) to deliver results. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data returned by those services.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to ISPNet for any IP address, user or organisation that we reasonably believe is violating these Terms, abusing our service, or causing harm to our infrastructure or other users.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of ISPNet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Tiidon Innovations Limited. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ISPNet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
