This Privacy Policy describes how ISPNet, operated by Tiidon Innovations Limited ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and handles information when you use our website and network diagnostic tools. By using ISPNet, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you use ISPNet tools, the following information is automatically processed to deliver the service:

• IP Address: Your public IP address is required to perform speed tests, geolocation lookups, and to return relevant network information. It is used only to fulfil your request and is not stored in a database.
• User-Agent String: Your browser and operating system information is read server-side and displayed back to you on the My IP page. It is not stored.
• Tool Inputs: Hostnames, domain names, and IP addresses you enter into our tools (ping, traceroute, DNS lookup, etc.) are used only to perform the requested lookup and are not logged or retained.
• Standard Server Logs: Our web server may maintain standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, HTTP status) as required for server operation and security. These logs are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

• We do not require you to create an account or provide a name, email address or any personal identifying information.
• We do not store the results of your speed tests, ping tests, DNS lookups, or any other diagnostic tool output.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not track you across other websites.
• We do not build individual user profiles.

ISPNet uses the following third-party services to deliver functionality:

• ip-api.com: Used to look up geolocation information (country, city, ISP) associated with an IP address. When you use My IP, DNS Lookup or other tools, your IP address is sent to ip-api.com's API. Their privacy policy is available at ip-api.com.
• Google Fonts: Our interface uses fonts loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may collect limited usage data per their privacy policy.
• OpenStreetMap: The My IP page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap (openstreetmap.org). OSM may set cookies or collect access data per their privacy policy.
• WHOIS / RDAP servers: Whois lookups are made from our server to the relevant registry WHOIS servers. Only the queried domain or IP is sent.

We do not control these third-party services and their handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

ISPNet does not use first-party cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not set any cookies that persist beyond your session. Third-party services embedded in our pages (such as Google Fonts and OpenStreetMap) may set their own cookies subject to their respective policies.

If advertising is served on ISPNet in the future (such as through Google AdSense), those ads may use cookies to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ad Settings.

ISPNet may display advertisements to support the cost of running this free service. Advertisements may be served by third-party advertising networks including Google AdSense.
